Recently, the core infrastructure of Solidot's self-built EMC laboratory — the "3-meter semi-anechoic chamber" — has been officially completed and put into use.
The establishment of this core testing capability breaks away from the traditional model of relying on third-party testing institutions. It not only enables precise identification of electromagnetic interference sources within the product itself, but also verifies the product's immunity performance under external electromagnetic environments. Every electromagnetic parameter is fully validated and precisely calibrated during the R&D phase, ensuring that from components to finished products, every batch delivered to customers undergoes rigorous end-to-end testing.
The greater value of moving away from passive testing is that Solidot can go beyond the industry's general certification "pass line" and proactively raise testing standards according to different industrial scenarios and differentiated needs. This ensures that products not only meet compliance but also precisely match the actual protection required under customers' harsh operating conditions.

The anechoic chamber is built strictly in accordance with national standards and consists of two parts: the main chamber and the control room. Its shielding effectiveness exceeds 110dB in the frequency range of 15MHz to 3GHz, providing an ideal environment for high-precision testing.
Absorbing Materials
The interior is fully covered with imported ferrite (SAMWHA) from South Korea and conical absorbers (HCA). With excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance, they minimize reflection interference.
Core Instruments
Equipped with world-leading brand Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) ESR7 certified receiver, SMCV100B signal generator, and a full range of Schwarzbeck antennas, forming a high-precision test chain.
Test Capabilities
Now fully supports three core tests: RE (Radiated Emission, 30MHz~6GHz), CE (Conducted Emission, AC/DC/Ethernet port), and RS (Radiated Immunity, 80MHz~6GHz, 10V/m), fully compliant with major domestic and international standards such as CISPR 32, CISPR 16-1-1, GB 9254, GB 4824.
Supporting Equipment
Equipped with an industrial-grade heavy-duty turntable of 2m diameter and 1-ton load capacity, an intelligent antenna tower covering 1–4m lift range, and a dual-camera monitoring system (fixed and movable) for dynamic and precise full-angle test capture.

The commissioning of this high-performance test system not only achieves a technical closed loop from R&D to verification for Solidot, but also marks its progress toward higher standards. Solidot is currently advancing the CNAS accreditation of its overall EMC laboratory, committed to extending this nationally authoritative capability fully to the application end. Relying on this platform, Solidot will empower customer product iteration with shorter verification cycles, inject stronger quality resilience at the source of R&D, and become a solid backing for global market expansion and efficient delivery.
