Solidot's self-built EMC laboratory has recently completed and commissioned its core infrastructure — a 3 m semi-anechoic chamber.
The establishment of this core testing capability breaks with the traditional model of relying on third-party testing institutions — it can both pinpoint a product's own sources of electromagnetic interference and verify the product's immunity performance in external electromagnetic environments, allowing every electromagnetic parameter to be fully verified and precisely tuned at the development stage and ensuring that everything from components to finished products, every batch delivered to customers, has undergone more rigorous full-chain testing.
The greater value of moving away from passive testing lies in the fact that Solidot can go beyond the industry's common certification "pass mark" and proactively raise test parameters for different industrial scenarios and differentiated requirements, so that products not only meet "compliance" but also precisely match the actual assurance required under customers' demanding operating conditions.

The chamber is built strictly in accordance with national standards and consists of the chamber body and a control room. Its shielding effectiveness reaches more than 110 dB in the 15 MHz to 3 GHz frequency range, providing an ideal environment for high-precision testing —
Absorbing material
The interior is fully lined with Korean-imported ferrite (SAMWHA) and pyramidal absorbers (HCA), which, thanks to their excellent electromagnetic wave absorption properties, eliminate reflected interference to the greatest possible extent.
Core instruments
It is equipped with a Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) ESR7 certification-grade receiver and an SMCV100B signal generator, together with a full range of Schwarzbeck antennas, forming a high-precision test chain.
Test capabilities
It now provides full support for three core test categories: RE radiated emission (30 MHz... 6 GHz), CE conducted emission (AC/DC/network port) and RS radiated immunity (80 MHz... 6 GHz, 10 V/m), fully complying with mainstream domestic and international standards such as CISPR 32, CISPR 16-1-1, GB 9254 and GB 4824.
Supporting equipment
It is equipped with an industrial-grade heavy-duty turntable with a diameter of 2 m and a load capacity of 1 t, an intelligent antenna mast covering a lifting range of 1... 4 m, and a fixed and mobile dual-camera monitoring system for dynamic, precise capture of the full test view.

The commissioning of this high-performance test system not only completes Solidot's technology loop from development to verification, but also marks its advance toward higher standards. Solidot is currently pursuing CNAS accreditation for the entire EMC laboratory, committed to extending this national-level authoritative capability fully to the application end. With this platform, Solidot will empower customers' product iterations with shorter verification cycles, inject greater quality resilience at the source of development, and serve as a solid foundation for global market expansion and efficient delivery.
