On August 20, the 2026 China Mechatronics Technology Application Association Fieldbus Technical Committee Member Representative Conference and PROFINET and IO-Link Technology Roadshow was successfully held in Nanjing. The conference focused on topics such as next-generation communication technologies, multi-technology integration, regulatory and safety compliance, development ecosystem empowerment, and industry solution implementation, featuring in-depth presentations and discussions. Over 200 representatives from committee member units, manufacturers in the industrial measurement and control field, industry enterprises, research institutions, and universities across the country gathered together. Solidot was invited to attend the conference as a representative enterprise of the industry.

Currently, Solidot's IO-Link Bus I/O products cover two protection ratings: IP67 and IP20. The IP67 series includes models IOL7A (metal housing) and IOL7B (plastic housing), suitable for field-level installation in harsh environments; the IP20 series includes model IOL5, which supports an optional dust cover to meet the requirements of high-density deployment in control cabinets. With diverse product forms that can be flexibly selected according to on-site conditions, the products are compatible with mainstream bus protocols such as EtherCAT and PROFINET, and offer various signal acquisition solutions including digital and analog types. This brings the industry highly compatible, high-protection-rating IO-Link solutions, which have been widely applied in demanding industrial scenarios such as lithium battery, 3C, and automotive manufacturing.
