Application example of XB6S pulse counting module of Solidot Technology

XB6S-PC80 is an 8-channel Pulse Counter Module in the XB6S series, supporting 0 ... 15 levels of Input Filter. It is compatible with XB6S series Coupler, and can sample and analyze pulse signals with frequencies below 100 kHz to obtain the frequency and Pulse Count Value of each channel, and supports Channel Count Clear for individual channels.

I. Application Example

XB6S-PC80 module supports 8-channel pulse counting up to 100 kHz, and can be used in most counting scenarios, such as material counting on double-speed chain conveyor lines. Double-speed chain conveyor lines are commonly used for mass continuous production in industries such as electronics, electrical appliances and electromechanics. By connecting appropriate sensors to the XB6S-PC80 module, materials being conveyed can be counted at high speed, while the module's adjustable filter function ensures counting accuracy.

In addition to counting, the XB6S-PC80 module can also be used for frequency measurement of high-speed pulse-type sensors such as flow sensors and speed/torque sensors.
