Selection of valve island

The valve island is a new generation of gas-electric integrated control components, which has developed from the original multi-pin interface valve island to the fieldbus valve island, and then the programmable and modular valve island appeared.

The valve island and control system wiring can be connected by communication lines, which not only simplifies the wiring, but also simplifies the debugging and testing of complex systems. 1. Regarding the functional selection of valve islands, the valve island series products of Solidot Technology are divided into two types, namely plug-in valve islands and integrated valve islands.

1. Insert valve island (XB6):

According to the project requirements, you can choose the coupler corresponding to the bus protocol. It supports most of the mainstream protocols on the market and can be expanded with other module products of our company, reducing the number of cables required from the control cabinet to the execution end, reducing wiring and debugging time. It is often used in industries such as line body and automobile manufacturing.

2. Integrated valve island (C2S/C2P):

(1) The C2S series also supports most of the mainstream protocols on the market, and has built-in short-circuit detection and open-circuit detection functions. Compared with the plug-in valve island, it reduces the function of the expansion module. Compared with the previous mode of using multi-core cables to connect multiple solenoid valves separately, it reduces the wiring and debugging time. It is often used in photovoltaic, woodworking, 3C and other industries.

3. Selection of valve island positions:

1. Insert valve island (XB6)：The number of digits supports even-numbered digits from 4 to 16. Currently, there are only dual-soleil models, but it is compatible with single-soleil solenoid valves. The 5-way valves of the same series can be installed on the same manifold at the same time.

2. Integrated valve island (C2S/C2P)：The number of digits supports even-numbered digits from 4 to 24. Currently, there are only dual-soleil models, but it is compatible with single-soleil solenoid valves. The 5-way valves of the same series can be installed on the same manifold at the same time.
