Shidian Technology's IO-Link master module products can achieve an IP67 Protection rating, allowing direct use in environments outside the control cabinet. To avoid compromising the overall IP67 Protection rating, pre-molded connectors are generally used. Pre-molded connectors, also known as pre-cast cables, are an important component of IP67 fieldbus I/O systems. Compared with field-wired connectors, they can significantly reduce installation costs and save installation time. Their material and structural characteristics make them suitable for use in complex industrial environments such as humidity and oil contamination.

An ordinary sensor is generally two-wire or three-wire, and one channel of the module supports two digital signals. Therefore, a splitter may be used here, such as the M12/M8 Y-type splitter DYG/EYM, 80120000320.
