XB6-P04A pulse output module from Solidot Technology

*Supports EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, CC-Link IE Field Basic and other protocols

*4-channel 24V single-ended high-speed pulse output, maximum frequency 200kHz

*Supports local positive limit, negative limit, origin, brake signal input

*Supports PP, PV, HM three operation modes

*Built-in trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration algorithm and multiple return to zero modes

1. When using the XB6-P04A pulse output module, you must pay attention to the correct corresponding connection of the positive/negative limit and origin. If the connection is wrong (for example, the positive/negative limit is connected in reverse), the return to zero operation action cannot be executed normally and the module's own limit logic cannot be triggered correctly, resulting in the load continuing to run when it reaches the limit and unable to stop, and finally crashing the machine.

2. The pulse output mode of the XB6-P04A module can be selected as pulse + direction (Pul+Dir) or double pulse (CW/CCW). When using it, you must pay attention to the corresponding setting mode of the stepper driver. If the stepper driver selects Pul+Dir and the XB6-P04A selects CW/CCW, the motor will eventually run abnormally.

3. When the XB6-P04A pulse output module is adapted to the stepper/servo driver, please note that the XB6-P04A module outputs a 24V single-ended NPN pulse signal. It is necessary to confirm whether the servo driver supports this type of pulse reception.

4. The Scaling configuration of the XB6-P04A pulse output module sets the units of speed and position according to the needs. For example, when the actual load transmission on site is 1000 pulses and the load rotates for 1 circle, the Scaling can be set to 1000. At this time, the running speed, running steps, starting speed, return to zero speed, and return to zero approach speed will all be multiplied by 1000, which means that the units of the number of steps and speed parameters issued at this time will become circles.
