The C2S series valve terminal is a fieldbus valve terminal product independently developed by Shidian Technology, featuring functions such as Auto Scan, Diagnostics, and Clear/Hold.

01 Auto Scan Function

The C2S series valve terminal can automatically adapt to the corresponding number of bits according to the hardware. After connection, there is no need for Manual Addition of different models, simplifying operation for personnel.

02 Diagnostic function

This is divided into open-circuit diagnostics and Short Circuit Diagnostics. Open-circuit detection is typically used to detect poor contact or disconnection in the wiring of the Valve Plate, in which case the output channel does not form a closed loop; short circuit detection is typically used to detect whether the Valve Plate is damaged, in which case the output channel is usually in a Short Circuit state. In addition, the C2S valve terminal also features a Short-circuit Protection function, allowing this channel to resume normal operation once the fault has been cleared on site.

03 Clear/Hold Function

Due to uncertain factors in the field environment, communication between the valve terminal and the host computer may be disconnected. However, for certain special requirements, it is necessary to hold or clear the outputs of the valve terminal. In this case, the Clear/Hold Function allows the valve terminal to continue holding or stopping its outputs even when communication is disconnected. In addition, the C2S series valve terminal allows Clear/Hold to be set individually for each channel.
